Cyprus Aydın University Graduation Ceremony Attendance Rules

 

 

 

Cyprus Aydın University is delighted to invite students to attend the graduation ceremony, which will take place on 23 June 2026. To ensure the event runs smoothly, the following criteria and procedures have been established:

 

 

 

Attendance Requirements:

 

 

 

Credit Requirements:

 

Two-Year Programmes: Students must have completed a minimum of 50 ECTS credits.

 

Four-Year Programmes: Students must have accumulated a minimum of 170 ECTS credits.

 

Postgraduate Programmes: Participation is limited to students in the thesis stage.

 

 

 

Graduation Ceremony Participation Form:

 

Students wishing to attend the ceremony must complete the Graduation Ceremony Participation Form by 5 June 2026. Submitting more than one form or failing to submit one will result in the application being deemed invalid.

 

Additional Requirements:

 

 

 

Rehearsal Attendance: Attendance at the rehearsal is mandatory for graduates participating in the ceremony. This is essential to ensure a smooth procession and coordination during the ceremony.

 

Gown Distribution: To be announced

Application Deadline: 5 June 2026

 

1st Rehearsal Date: 22 June 2026

 

Graduation Ceremony: 23 June 2026
